Intro: On June 1, 2008 Rocky Springs celebrated her 160 years of
history in the Lord’s Work. We are the second oldest church in Cherokee
County. As I thought about this subject, I came up with some things
that are very vital and true. There are six things that has enabled our
church to still have her doors open and her lights on. This can be true
of any church regardless of how old the church may be. . . .

THE SURE MERCIES OF DAVID

INTRODUCTION: I have prepared several messages from this chapter in Isaiah. Each time I have read the chapter completely through before beginning the work and each time as I came to this verse I wondered about the phrase “the sure mercies of David.” I decided that an in depth study was necessary. Was I ever surprised! More time was spent on this search and developing this message than any of the other messages I prepared from Isaiah 55. My great surprise was just how important this phrase is to our personal salvation. . . .
